To keep the rental smooth, we've put all the terms on one page. By booking a vehicle, you agree to these rules. If anything is unclear — ask us on Telegram before booking.
1. General terms and rental formats
The main offering is long-term car rental, from 1 month and above. Medium-term (up to 1 month) and daily rental are also available. A discount applies on medium-term rental from 7 days.
Booking and payment — via Telegram Mini App or manager. Minimum rental period — 1 day.
Pickup and return — approximately 09:00. The time is fixed at booking; the day is counted from the moment of handover.
Payment — cash in euros or dinars; payment in USDT is also possible. At handover: deposit, rental at the applicable rate and any chosen extras are paid.
The vehicle is handed over in working order and inspected together with the renter on collection. Transfer to third parties, use in races, competitions or for driving lessons is prohibited.
The deposit is returned in full on return of the vehicle on time and undamaged.
2. Car rental
The car is collected and returned by the client:
clean — exterior and interior. Return dirty — €20 (deep cleaning for pet hair or heavy soiling — separate charge);
with a full tank and a fresh petrol station receipt. Non-compliance — €20 plus the cost of the missing fuel;
with all original equipment intact.
Rates: 1–3 days — €45/day, 4–7 days — €40, 8–14 days — €35, 15+ days — €30.
Deposit and insurance: deposit — €300 cash at handover (euros or dinars). The car is covered by CASCO insurance with a deductible: in the event of a claim the deductible amount is retained and the remainder of the deposit is returned.
No mileage limit — drive as much as you need within the permitted geography.
Geography: Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina — no extra charge. Other countries — by arrangement only.
Damage to the interior or exterior that is not covered by insurance (seats, upholstery, headliner, handles, electronics, chips on bumpers, glass, mirrors, rims, tyres, paintwork, etc.) is compensated at the cost of repair.
Racing, competitions and off-road use are prohibited. Leaving the road surface is at the renter's own risk: breakdown recovery operates on public roads with a hard surface only.
Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited — fine €300. Pets by arrangement.
Traffic and parking fines incurred during the rental period are paid 100% by the renter.
Documents: foreign passport and national driving licence (international licence not required). Driver age — 21+, experience — 2+ years.
In the event of a mechanical fault or accident, contact us immediately. In an accident, document the circumstances and call the police if necessary (192).
Return more than 1 hour late — a full day's rental is charged.
3. Additional services (car)
Pickup and return at an address in Novi Sad — €10. Elsewhere in Serbia — individually; Belgrade — from €50.
Out-of-town clients can collect at Novi Sad railway or bus station.
Early start: by arrangement we can hand over the car on the evening before the rental day at no extra charge.
Child seat and booster — free. Phone holder and charger included in every car.
Car wash — €20 (deep cleaning for pet hair and heavy stains — individually).
4. E-bike rental
E-bikes are simpler — we understand that after a route they come back dirty and flat. That's fine.
You can and should return them dirty and uncharged — we clean and charge them ourselves.
Do not wash with a pressure washer — high-pressure water destroys the bearings, motor and electronics.
Deposit — €100 cash plus passport or driving licence as security. Both returned on bike handover.
The charger is included in the kit — return it with the bike.
Helmet and lock provided free. Lock the bike at stops and don't leave it unattended.
The renter is responsible for the bike until return. Theft, loss or damage caused by the renter is compensated by the renter.
5. Liability and deposit
The deposit covers minor damage and costs (cleaning, missing fuel, lost equipment).
If damage exceeds the deposit (for cars — above the CASCO deductible), the difference is compensated by the renter.
Normal wear (e.g., tyre or brake-pad wear from fair use) is not charged to the renter.
6. Cancellation and rebooking
Cancellation or rebooking is free with at least 48 hours' notice before handover.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge of one day's rental.
If we cannot provide the vehicle through our own fault, we offer a replacement or a full refund.
Terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies.
